1. Mineral water
We lost 1/2 – 3/4 liquid body every day. It means that we have to drink 6-8 glasses every day!! (about 1.4 – 1.9 litres)
2. Breakfast!! Breakfast!!
Although you have a crowded schedule, have a little time for breakfast. Breakfast makes you more focus in your activities. If you prefer not to have a breakfast, consume a glass of surfeited milk.
3. Vitamine
Consuming complete vitamine such as vit. A, B, C, D, E, and K is a must because vitamine that we get from our food and drink is not enough yet.
4. Brush your teeth
At least, twice a day, 3 minutes each. Don’t forget to go to the dentist at least twice a year.

5. Have enough sleep
Have 8-9 sleep hours a day. It really important to improve our renponse, focus, and avoid emotional problem like stress.

Simple Bean Soup

Want a delicious appetizer? Let’s cook, girl!! It’s very simple.

Ingredients :bean-soup
2 cups beans
2 tablespoons finely cut onion
2 tablespoons finely cut bacon
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons flour
potatoes

Step by step :
1. Soak beans in water over night.
2. Drain and put into saucepan with six cups boiling water and boil slowly two hours or until soft.
3. Add onion and potatoes which have been fried light brown, boil five minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, parsley and thyme.
5. Mash beans with back of spoon.
6. Add flour which has been mixed with a little cold water.
7. Boil five minutes and serve.

Simple, right? And it taste delicious. Try it now, Girl!!
